Very convenient to I-85 and town of Auburn! Breakfast choices were awesome! Refrigerator in room was broken. Room was clean and bed very comfy! Loved our stay!

This was a very convenient stop for us. The breakfast was great. The only comment is that the carpet was wet around the A/C. We mentioned it to housekeeping and hope it is attended to for the next guests.

When showing first morning we discovered shower rod was falling down so shower curtain didn’t cover half the shower and water went everywhere. After showers we asked front desk to fix it. We came back to the hotel and it wasn’t fixed later that day. Spoke with manager lady and got no help or solution just a sorry so we checked out a day early. Was a loyal Hampton inn customer until this happened. We checked out a day early and we are disputing charges for the last day we couldn’t stay. Worst customer service I have ever received from a hotel. Shame on you!

I liked most everything except one set of elevators were out of service and that was a little inconvenient. Did not like that there was no free WiFi unless you were a rewards member. I liked the breakfast. It had an excellent choice of food.
