BEST BREAKFAST EVER
Just a quick one-night stay. Room on the small side but functional. Due to the street noise, avoid the ones on the front side of the buildings. Public rooms VERY spiffy, warm, and welcoming (particularly, for Bad Harzburg). Smart interior design BEST BREAKFAST EVER!! Will go back.

Das Positive zuerst: Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr groƟzĆ¼gig und schƶn gestaltet mit einer guten Auswahl an verschiedenen Saunen, wobei ich die Waldsauna ausgrenzen mƶchte.Sie liegt sehr versteckt in einem Hinterhofbereich .Das Team im Harz-Beauty ist super nett und kompetent und auch dieser Bereich ist schƶn gestaltet.Der restliche Hotelbereich hinterlƤsst bei mir den Eindruck von gewollt und nicht gekonnt.Moderne Inneneinrichtung wurde irgendwie in altbackene RƤume gestellt.Auch in den Zimmern fƤllt das auf,z.B.alte abgeschrammelte Messingwandlampe neben modern pinken Hirschbild oder 3 verschiedene Steckdosenarten in einem Raum mit KabelkanƤlen verbunden.Nicht schƶn!Anmeldung und Service an der Rezeption wirken unpersƶnlich.Mein grƶsster Kritikpunkt ist aber, daƟ von dem auf der Expediaseite angepriesenen kostenfreien Green Fee beim nahegelegenen Golfclub keiner im Hotel was weis und auch nicht drauf eingegangen wird.Da dies aber der Grund fĆ¼r meine Zimmerbuchung war, hat mich das sehr geƤrgert.

Ein toller und gepflegter Wellnessbereich, kostenloser Bademantel, leider das Zimmer zur StraƟe gelegen und dementsprechend sehr sehr laut. Trotz der WƤrme musste ich das Fenster auf Grund des LautstƤrke schlieƟen. Mein Fahrrad durfte ich kostenlos in der Garage unterstellen, FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck wollte ich mir fĆ¼r 20ā‚¬ nicht gƶnnen

FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war Klasse, das Hotel sehr schƶn. Tolle Mƶglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Saunen waren top. Das Schwimmbecken ist kalt und das Zimmer ist schon etwas runtergerockt. Kostenpflichtige Parkmƶglichkeiten zur GenĆ¼ge vorhanden. Zu FuƟ kann man vieles erreichen: Wanderungen, Therme, Restaurants, Kaffees, Tankstelle.

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zur StraƟenseite ist es durch den Verkehr sehr laut. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schƶn. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ckbuffet ist sehr gut, leider gibt es abends kein Buffet mehr. In der NƤhe gibt es aber auch gute Restaurants. Vom jetzigen Abendessen im Hotel sind wir nicht gerade begeistert. Auch in der gemĆ¼tlichen Bar mit netter Bedienung kann man spƤter gut noch ein GlƤschen trinken.
