The housekeeping didn't leave any washcloths one day after cleaning and i had to call for washcloths. The next day after a full day out and about, i came back late at night to find out my room hadn't been cleaned all day. I called and reported it. Ask if i wanted it cleaned ? It was very late almost midnight and i was too tired to wait. for it. Housekeeping definitely wasn't good.

Great stay! Older hotel on Strip. No bells and whistles but wasn’t expecting for price I paid. Comfortable bed. One of the Lobby bars offer a happy hour 11-3p. Felt comfortable and safe during stay. Pool was nice and spacious. Fun karaoke nights!

I upgraded my room from a 2 queen to a King and i remember specifically on the room description that it also mentioned having a view. When i checked into my room, i was placed on the 5th floor and my view out the window was just the wall blocking that goes around the castle. So, i just called the front desk to ask them if they had any other rooms available because i also bought early check in. I also mentioned it wasn't a big deal if they couldnt accommodate. However, the lady over the phone was quick to get annoyed and kept insisting there was no such description on the mobile app and told me to come down stairs to prove it. I didn't even bother and just left it alone but she pretty much ruined my day.

I hadn't stayed at the Excalibur in over 12 years, so I was kinda leary. They did not disappoint! The room was clean and conveniently located to the monorail and walkways to the Luxor and The Mandalay Bay. I will definitely stay again!
