Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very busy when we checked in, but managed to get everything handled fairly quickly. The breakfast was good - a variety of fresh and hot or cold foods. The room was spacious and comfortable, only lacking a microwave to make it perfect.

Didn't feel safe at this establishment at all. When your employees tell customers that it happens all the time & that their lucky they (thieves) let the car or left it on bricks as if it's ok... Meaning customers cars getting broken into or tires & rims stolen while in the hotel parking lot.. meanwhile your employees tell customers that the hotel does not have camera to be viewed... If you know your establishment has been targeted by theives several times... why wouldn't you get some outside security to monitor the parking lot overnight to protect your customers vehicles.. I was afraid to park my car on the premises for the remainder of my stay nor could I get any sleep wondering how safe I was..

Had a higher expectation of the hyatt. The property is outdated. Had an odor in the halls and the rooms. Also Smelled of weed every where (hallways, elevator and near the vents) Paid more money expecting higher tier but you are only paying for the name. The Monday thru Friday staff are very friendly, quick and solution oriented. The weekend staff are rude and only do the minimum.

What i did not like about the hotel is the mattress the mattress needs to be changed and pillos. Infact i had body ache and waist pain in just laying in the mattress.

I had an unpleasant experience with a front desk staff. Ms. Bullock. I forgot my sweater when we checked out then came back to get it. For unknown reasons, she got upset and asked me to go get it upstairs that the cleaner was on the floor. I rushed to the floor and there was no staff on the 6th floor. When I came downstairs, she was on the phone and ignored me. When I informed her that I was getting late for my flight, she became upset, requested my ID, snatched it from me fumbled with the computer to further jeopardize my flight time. She then assigned a staff to go with me to go get the sweater. He delays made me to miss my flight. She was very unprofessional.

Front desk was rude and not helpful. The wifi was not working in my room and I was there for business. When asking to switch rooms, they were all laughing eating pizza and basically said tough luck. The lobby was nice but the rooms are dated and smelly, bed was rock hard.
