Checked in after 5 pm. Bathroom was never cleaned and shower curtain was in the sink. Called desk. Head of house cleaning came up said it was clean just needed to hang curtain. I proceeded to take a white wash clothe and water, wipe counter .. dirty , then floor, really dirty, went to do tub, and win the battle. Front desk said no other rooms available-comparable. I said please clean we’ d be back. The told me they would comp the parking. Also, never replaced dirty clothe, no soap , never cleaned front ( side) of sink. Checked out and was not comped fir parking and no notes to say there was ever a problem!!

Definitely do not ever try to check in early, they have a ridiculous parking fee of $30.00 for 24 hours which is unheard of if youre staying in hotelslong with having to prepay $50.00 if any damages. When i got to the room sfter several hours of waiting i found so many things damaged and broken. So just to cover my self i made s video. Would never stay there again

Pier 5 hotel was awesome especially for its price. Everyone was friendly and polite. Our room was extremely quiet and comfortable.
