Great location, but the property could definitely use some updating. Also there was a very loud banquet on the 1st floor, and our room was right above it. It would have been nice if they would have at least placed us on a higher floor. The hotel rooms are outdated. The only thing I really enjoyed was the location.

Pros: location is good. We stayed overnight to go to football game and it is a 20 minute walk from the hotel Cons: Doors are so loud. I kept getting awakened by banging doors. They charge $30 for early check in. We got there at 2 from a long drive. We just want to get a nap and not wait 2 more hours to check in. Most hotels will allow thus without charge. Parking is also expensive.$30 for the day. We have 2 cars so for just the parking it was $60! The bed was also lumpy and the pillows hurt my neck. I understand now the mixed reviews on this hotel. Personally I won’t stay here again. For this price, I can go to a hotel with free parking.

The hotel is already a little pricey and then you have to pay for parking. Expedia advertises a pool and there is none. That was very disappointing because the pool influenced my decision to pick that hotel. So we had to make other plans with the kids. However the room was really nice. Very spacious

Me and my wife love the location of the hotel and very close to a lot of restaurants, the only thing we didn't like was front desk person was somewhat unfriendly but we let it go, we will be coming back maybe in 2025

The staff are very courteous and friendly. The hotel has a perfect location, close to the bay and next to the Aquarium. The rooms are spacious, but they should be renovated, especially the bathrooms, in ours the bathtub faucet was damaged. The room had a small refrigerator and TV. The beds are comfortable. I found the price a bit high, but it was New Year's Eve.

The great: The location is excellent. One can get to everything you need walking. Front desk super friendly. The disappointments: my reserved room type was not available. No valet. Baltimore crime is no joke, I was not excited about parking my car at 10pm in the adjacent surface lot. The hotel has not been updated In a very long time. Besides the decor, the baseboards in the room were breaking away from the drywall and carpet was fraying. The worst: when I stepped onto the balcony, I realized the floor was rotted out. My 14 year old was clueless when he stepped out before me and didn’t realize the danger. The only thing keeping us from falling through was the rubber surface. We checked in late after a long day of travel and I wasn’t feeling a room change so I let them know in the morning.

Location, Location, Location! We were there to see the NYE Fireworks, and it was perfect for that! But beyond that Pier 5 is with in walking distance of Little Italy and literally dozens of excellent restaurants. 2 right in the hotel. Safe neighborhood.
