Absolutely loved the stay. Their room service scotch fillet steak is really good and cooked to perfection. The pool and spa is always clean. But i wish they had a mixed gender sauna as i would have liked to use it with my girlfriend. Apart from that small thing everything was perfect.

This property is tired and needs renovation. The rooms are outdated, closets broken, cracks in walls, mattress was stained, furniture is old and showing years of ware. I have stayed in Langham hotels in other parts of world which are in better shape than the Melbourne location.

The hotel is well situated and clean and comfortable. The service was average. Our room wasn't serviced for 3 days and I had to ask for it to be done. Other hotels do this daily. One of the breakfast services was poorly staffed having to wait over an hour to be served coffee.

Really love to stay at the Langham. But disappointed this time to find the shampoo and body wash are bolted to the bathroom and shower in large ugly bottles. So unhygienic. Reminded me of the Royal Women’s Hospital in the 70’s. So tacky Langham. Go back to the elegant individual amenities. The service, ambience and rooms are otherwise excellent.
