I stayed at the BWI Westin for work. The hotel was very convenient and the shuttle picked me up from the airport. Room was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. I ordered room service for breakfast from the door tag to be delivered and it did not show. That would be the only negative and it was likely an oversight. I would stay there again.
