Stayed with family for one night. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, but the outdoor spa had a lot of bugs. The staff were ok. Parking was convenient and the property is not far from the Banff townsite.

There is a lot of room to spread out with a living room kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The only critique we had is the gym facility is rather dated and Without a view, which would be really easy to do here with all the mountain scenery, but who needs to work out indoors when you are in Banff with all that to explore !! Their staff is excellent Subaru, responsive, and very friendly

The resort has lots of potential. Many upgrades need to be done. It looks like they're trying to make an effort but everything is older and needs some major upgrades. There was no air conditioning in unit so we had to run fans. The pictures were far better than the actual amentities.
