Rooms bit small
Room was two queen beds. Seemed small so assumed they were hotel queens. Room is small and not much room for luggage and other items. Bathrooms have barn style doors and these are not ideal for bathrooms in my opinion.

Great hotel for a medium stay. Unbeatable location as far as access to shops and food goes and is priced really well. The hottub on the room was as pictured and was clean and very enjoyable with the mountain view. The common spaces are cute and great for any remote workers. Rooms are a little small but we spend very little time in the room anyways. I would return and also would reccommend to a friend.

Relaxing Stay in the heart of Banff
Relaxing stay in a very central location. Bed was very comfortable, ear plugs were appreciated, parking was ideal, the hot tub was relaxing, & the shuttle bus to Sunshine was perfect. Once you make it to the hot tub, in the hotel robe & your own shoes, walking through the lounge adds to the confusion. With the only breakfast option on site being Brazen, and the best bus to Sunshine being 8:10am, having breakfast at the ski resort was best for me. Very enjoyable stay overall.

Located in the heart of Banff this hotel offers nice rooms! We found the hotel to be clean, and the rooftop jacuzzis and lounge were awesome.

This hotel is perfectly located if you want to be in downtown for the convience to everything. All the tour and transport shuttles and buses pick up/drop at the back too. The staff was friendly and helpful. With all the choices in Banff, I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Prefect location. Right in the heart of town, walking distance to everything. The roof top hot tub was a fabulous bonus! Staff were welcoming and the hotel and room were very clean. Would recommend, and will hopefully be staying again.
