Beautiful hotel with excellent views!
We had a great stay, and also dined at the Juniper bistro for a delicious dinner where we were treated to excellent service. The rooms were beautiful as were the views. Welcoming staff (Daria) was very warm and welcoming. The only negative from our experience was upon checking out, the male front agent didn’t say “thank you for coming” etc…or ask about our stay, which we found to be a bit disappointing as everything else was spectacular …upon leaving we just didn’t feel the same warm welcome we felt upon our arrival.

We stayed here because of the extra bedroom arrangement with 3 beds total so that our teens don't have to share a bed like in a typical hotel room. It was perfect. Only complaint was that we really missed having a microwave, but that's on me for not double checking that before hand. We loved the outdoor hot tub. Easter brunch was also very delicious, we were stuffed to the brim.

Overall our stay was great! We were extremely excited to have a large soaker tub to relax in after the day! Bistro was fabulous, my only qualm was on saturday morning we called to order breakfast to our room but was told they were not doing room service over the long weekend. We were not told by the front staff upon check in so we were sprightly disappointed.

I will definitely come back to this hotel. The price is right, staff are nice, the location is what I love most. It’s facing the mountains and on the other side you see the Banff town scenery. It’s an old hotel I guess but well taken cared of. The bed is amazing and very clean room. I felt comfortable there. In the summer I bet it would be beautiful dining outside of the restaurant.

The Juniper was quiet, safe, quaint, charming, and had a retreat feel. Loved the smell of Juniper via the soaps and shampoos. Great staff and clean rooms! Super cute bathroom!
