Luxury & location for a larger group
Friendly staff, great location, shuttle service to downtown Banff was excellent. Room and common areas were clean and well-maintained, easy access to major routes and beautiful room. We had a family of 8 in the 3 bedroom unit and it was large enough to be exceptionally comfortable with a view that eliminated anyone wondering what might even be on TV

This was our first visit to the Juniper and I’m so glad we chose it. What wonderful staff at the desk both checking in and checking out. The views off our patio were incredible. We will be staying again for sure. Thank you for a lovely time.

When we booked the room, it said that it had Hot Tub, parking and other aminities.. But to our surprise, we were charged on top of the booking a charge of 15 $ a day for the use of hot-tub, parking and others... We had one breakfest at the Bistro of the Hotel... very expensive...

This hotel was perfect! Right outside of Banff, but still a 4 minute drive to the heart of Banff. The hot tub has a beautiful view of the mountains during the day, and very peaceful at night! The room was nice and cozy, perfect after a day of snowboarding up in lake Louise. Definitely would recommend and come here again!
