Best thing was the location: 2mins walk away from Sindhorn Village, a covered area for excellent restaurants/coffee shops and a great supermarket, Villa Market. It's so convenient to walk over with family in the evenings for a calm dinner. You can walk to Chidlom BTS stn in 8mins, or use the Hotel's tuktuk if it's available. 5stars for location! Hotel staff were great. Buffet breakfast was great. Beds sheets were clean, kitchenette washer super helpful for kids. But rooms need a reno.

Wonderful stay with room for improvement 😀
Excellent service from all levels of staff from security, porter, to front office. Our presidential suite is comfortable however the aircon compressor is rather noisy for the rooms with windows. This must be rectified asap. Also, it would highly desirable for guests if the frequency for hotel tuk tuk service can be enhanced during the weekends as it is always full.

Tuk tuk to main road or Chidlom BTS.End of road Lumpini Park .Top of road Chidlom BTS. Stayed here last year and before COVID. This time found the noise from traffic maybe due to room but at around 2pm the people leaving the Night club at Duchess Hotel were noisy and singing and chatting outside which disturbed our sleep.Like I said to Centre Point I will look at another Centre Point hotel or somewhere quieter and even closer to a BTS station

Good location. Hotel provided a Tuk Tuk transfer from Chit Lom to hotel and return if required. Staff where very good room was always cleaned properly and daily.
