this is a new 6 month old airport hotel about 15 min from the airport depending on traffic. in this case the photos actually match the hotel! its gorgeous. the garden rooms are great if you like to swim as patio doors open to the pool from uour room. staff were friendly bar one odd exception when we arrived. overall fantastic

I called and arranged the shuttle service for my arrival at the airport for 10pm. pick up time. I came out a little late (luggage delayed) prob less than 10mins. The shuttle left, and never called to let us know.. we were standing there for about 10-15 mins then I called the hotel. The reception said, oh the shuttle can only wait for 5 mins.. I know the shuttle is complimentary, but 5mins wait time was rediculous nd the hotel staff never try to contact me back. At the check in counter once all the transaction is completed the receptionist asked me what time would I like to check out( politely) . But who asked that question.. it’s none of your business. The staff can advised me the check out time policy.. but why u asked me what time I wanna check out. After that I went up to my room, waited for my luggage for a while .. I decided to go down to the lobby and my luggage still there. So I approached the conceige and asked him are u going to bring my bags up soon.. he responded I ll do it rightly away.. it seems that the staff are lacked training. The hotel is brand new, the facility looked great.. just the staff needs more training.

On time shuttle pickup from BKK. Came in late and the key card issued to me didn't work so it was frustrating and set me back after a long airplane trip. Breakfast buffet a standout. Clean and comfortable rooms.

I stayed here for a short layover and it was such a breath of fresh air! For such a short stay (layover was 11 hours) I felt at home immediately. The bed was so comfortable, the lobby and room were beautifully decorated as well. The only issues that I encountered were for food delivery and room service. Room service took 30 mins to deliver a glass of wine, and food delivery seemed to have a difficult time entering for delivery. Less upset about delivery (I know hotels have different rules/policies) but 30 minutes for a glass of wine is too long in my opinion.
