The hotel is directly accessible from the BTS platform. Many of the staff remember my late girlfriend and I. The staff are willing to address my special requests. Loved the hotel and staff and definitely the pool. The food not thing wrong was though we had to check out at 12, I had to pay for a whole day despite only needing it till 11. So they got six hours and a free breakfast.. disappointed they couldn’t have done something nice for their guests..

The hotel felt like a 5 star with the VIP service in the Executive floor- worth spending a bit more for this as it elevates the experience to concierge level. The service was impeccable, we had massages on site, food in the executive lounge was amazing, mostly ate there. The pool is breathaking, the rooms and beds super comfortable. we liked exploring the area and easily used the sky train. Watch out for scammers at tourist attractions, saying the attraction is closed (like temples) and they recommend a tour on a tuk tuk- you end up at a "gems: ship and they try to con you into purchasing fakes. I only wish the hotel had info about this for 1st time tourists.

Excellent property with BTS sky train walk bridge. Hotel was a bit outdated ie USB, TV and Safe. However, decoration was nice and pleasant. Staff members are very helpful and courteseous. We enjoyed our stay.

Great facilities and very supportive staff. The hotel and facilities didn't feel too crowded. The location is very good, with direct access to the BTS station (Surasak), and also within walking distance to some nice restaurants around the Sathorn area.
