We stayed for 3 nights and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was certainly Grande and the room was serviced perfectly every day. Would definitely recommend and come back when in Bangkok.

Beautiful hotel and the family suite with its washer/dryer was clean and well provisioned. I would have given this place 5 stars if the neighborhood was better suited for families. This is a street with mostly bars and restaurants. Better for non-family travel. The hotel restaurant was the best one of any hotel we stayed at in Thailand or Cambodia.
