It’s our 2nd time to stay at Novotel at Siam because of its proximity to most areas we frequent to dine and shop. Our tour meet-up place (Siam Paragon) was in walking distance. The hotel is getting old though as the AC in our room could not be set to low making the room cold in the evenings. The lavatory set-up is dated and splashes over. We were upgraded to the premium floor (17th) but room needs refurbishing as very few sockets and most of them are loose making anything you plug not powered. Buffet is plentiful but same everyday and also needs to be updated. Staff at dining place were excellent. We will consider again because of proximity and convenience to malls and dinning places.
