Love staying at The Grace. Felt that check-in /check-out was a bit clunky this time and took longer than usual. Perhaps staff need some additional training. Large group checking in as we left treating desk staff as an information desk which really slowed things down.

We are returning customers. The Grace is very convenient being close to The Rocks, Circular Quay and Sydney Opera House for example. It is a beautiful building also.

The Grace Hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy the Sydney CBD. Transport, shops, cafes and bars are all within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

My stay was pleasant. My only feedback is that when I showered, the water would cycle from hot to cold repeatedly the entire time, even when the tap was turned to its hottest. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
