I love staying there because it’s walking distance to Platinum Mall and there’s a lot of stores at the ground floor of the hotel the location is perfect for shopaholic like me. Pratunam market is just next door. The massage at the hotel was very relaxing after a day of shopping. It was a fun experience would love to stay there again and highly recommended.

Great central location
The service was absolutely impeccable. I had hurt my foot pretty badly the night before my trip I was able to get ice to ice. It was able to get a wheelchair. The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel is in a very accessible part of Bangkok central to everything. It sits above a mall and it has its own food court. We did get head neck and shoulder massages at the spa, which was fantastic

Good sized rooms and great customer service.
I have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and comfy, locality of this hotel is great. Reception staff Supreme, Tin Tin and Wit have given excellent customer service during my stay here, they were always very warm and helpful with all of our needs during my stay here. Will be back to stay here again soon.

Best location for shopping + getting massage
I stayed for 3 nights in their suite room with two young kids and we really enjoyed it. Staff service was excellent and the massage was really good value for the quality they offered. They can also do it in our room with 100baht surcharge which is really worth it if you need to watch your kids. Breakfast has a decent selection and prompt service although we only have it for one day because we have to leave early on most days. One thing to improve is probably the sofa cleanliness as dirt got stuck on their crevices but the rest of the facilities are very clean and in good condition.

Definitely great for like budget shopping in the area. For food wise, decent street food around. If you want restaurant then you have to walk further down to the mall areas. Decent hotel but starting to show a bit of age especially in the showers. Service is generally good but I think can improve especially at the restaurant area. Breakfast was good for a hotel of this size.

Aircon was very cold despite switching the temperature to 28 degree and low fan. Staff was prompt to provide harder pillow upon request. There are complimentary drinks on lobby floor which was great
