Stayed for 3 nights. Had to change rooms after night 1. First room was not good - bad layout, poor air conditioning, no fresh air (made worse by paint fumes from hotel renovation.) Second room was a huge improvement with all of the negative issues resolved. Staff are lovely & facilitated the room change promptly.
Pool is OK, buffet breakfast is OK.
Good proximity to Sukhumvit Rd & Em district.
Good value at the heavily discounted rate (due to aforementioned renovations) but I would never pay the full rate to stay here.

We enjoyed the Buffet Breakfast and the fun touch of popcorn in the lobby 😂 Definitely come here again! Traditional Thai outfit dress up was a great idea, Unfortunately we didn’t have time to do, perhaps next time.

"Very nice hotel, rooms were clean and our house keeper was exceptional. Her little gestures really went a long way to warm our hearts. I don’t know who she is but am very grateful for him or her. "Hotel is average.. a bit dated. We stay twice in this hotel once at start of our holiday and once coming back. Room are nice but dated.. hotel itself looks nice.. A lot shopping areas around. End of our stay we did find some small cockroaches in our room. Staffs are very friendly.."
