Liked that it was conveniently located just outside of Bangor and about an hour away from Acadia. The hotel is great but could use a little updating. Bed and facilities as well as the staff were great as well, and the hotel area was good too. A restaurant integrated with the hotel made it convenient to get great food as well.

Location was good. the room was clean but very old. the sink drained very slow. The entrance on the sides to the rooms was very dirty and the staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful, it was like they didn't care. We wished we had chosen another hotel.

Looked awesome from the street. We got put upstairs at the very back. Room was ok but obviously a hotel in transition from really bad to good update. Signage saying that might have eased concerns about stairway and exterior conditions. We were just so shocked after seeing beautifull hotel fro the street.

Kenny Chesney concert trip
We traveled to Bangor for the Kenny Chesney concert, we were beyond excited to find out there would be a shuttle to and from the concert, this really made our night. Driver was amazing, friendly and funny, patient and kind. Rooms were nice, bed comfortable. We utilized the bar and breakfast services. Nice trip! Would stay again!

This hotel has no elevator to 2nd floor. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs. It was very noisy in the halls and the rooms around me. Bar was nice and fun. Breakfast was yummy. Not a good night sleep for sure.

I’d stay here again.
Flew into Bangor late and had made reservation so we didn’t have to do any night driving after a full day of travel. Very close to the airport and easy to find. This is an older hotel but was very clean and no funky smells. Staff have all been very polite and helpful.

The 8.2 very good rating had me expecting a bit more. The staff was very nice and efficient. The maid service was good. It just was a bit worn looking and our bathroom shower fixtures were barely hanging on to the wall. Our sink had chips and gouges in it. One night we came back and someone had thrown up right by the door and it was still there when we left the next day. I just felt the pics were a bit misleading.

Front desk Service was excellent. The reason I gave a lower rating was due to the awful stench of previous use of cigarettes in the room. Very stale noticeable smell to someone who does not nor has ever smoked.
