This is a decent hotel for the price. I have stayed here for a decade every September to attend a local fair and have watched some things age over time. The parking lot is in need of resurfacing and the hotel looks tired. My box spring had a giant visible rip in it and furniture in the room in general is well used. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have gone to all refillable shampoo and soap with is a plus for eco friendliness. Rooms are decent size and have an actual table you can use, along with a decent size refrigerator that has an ice box and microwave. Breakfast is a standard fair with a waffle maker and eggs and bacon or eggs and sausage, some cereals and pastries. The hotel is literally right next to the airport so you hear planes landing and taking off 24 hours a day. The room noises between rooms are also a bit loud. Someone left an alarm clock set that went off for 2 hours Friday AM, which is not staff's fault but was still annoying.

Horrific
The hallways smell like curry the rooms smell like mold and mildew. The pool has debris floating in it. My car broke down and the wonderful auto repair shop across the street is working on it. I figured like most hotels we could check out and hang out by the pool or something while we wait but the hotel staff told us we had to leave. So myself female and two young female children are stranded 6 hours away from home. Horrible customer service. I have never had to leave a hotel or resort directly after check out and I understand this is policy which if fine but under the circumstances they should have made better accommodations. If you end up needing to stay at a quality inn in. Angie Maine please do Not stay at the one near the airport

Booked a room with 2 queen beds, they were full beds at best, called down to lobby, they said they were queen and nothing they could do. No hand soap in rooms, and the shampoo and conditioner dispenser was in another room outside the bathroom, smelled and not clean. Do not stay here

Check in was easy. Room was musty. Bad stains on furniture and a band aid covering the peep hole in the door. Stains all over the door on the inside. Hotel guest services reached out to see how to resolve our stay and I said some sort of reimbursement would be appreciated but no response at all. We paid almost 190/night for this and will never return.

Overall your average hotel stay and would stay again. Good - friendly staff, clean, quiet room, free hot breakfast and lofs of free parking Bad - this is the first time ever, upon checking in staff never asked to see or verify ID (they could have easily gave away my room during a sold out event!!). I felt that was a big error, from the otherwise great staff (still friendly)

One Night Was Enough
Our room was a nonsmoking room but still smelled like it lived a long life as a room that was smoked in. The phone was dead to call the front desk so had to walk down there to ask questions. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

I had a horrible experience when obtaining my breakfast in the morning. I was told I couldn’t take it with me to my room or home. However , my husband observed other individuals being able to walk out with breakfast and coffee in hand . The front desk guy was very rude and I stated I would not be back and he said good don’t come back! So much fur custom service! I would like my room compensated for the way I was treated and my ethnicity is of Hispanic descent and very educated! So I experienced some racism. You need to educate your staff! All of my future stays will be elsewhere!😡

This is an older hotel. The room smelled stale, bathroom sink looked like it came from a hospital room. Front desk staff person was going to send a stranger to our room at midnight because she thought he belonged in our room. Breakfast had to eaten in the breakfast area, not allowed to take breakfast back to room. If you don't expect much in a hotel, you will be ok at this hotel.

This hotel was not what it looks like in the pictures. It is old and rundown . Rooms were extremely old. Lots of people just hanging around outside. More of a live in apartment setting than a hotel.

Everything would have been perfect for a 5 star rating. Except. 1. People doing drug deals in the parking lot. 2. No access to the pool. Or Access to any snacks if I wanted some because 3 out of the 5 vending machines were out of order. 3. Surly and borderline staff. Not Monique or Adam at the front desk.They were great and accomidating. They shouldbget a raise. It was some older woman when I went to see what they had available for breakfast as advertised it was 6:54am. The door was open and I walk in the woman sya to me HEY what are you doing. I responded that O was just seeing what was available for Breakfast. She all but yells at me. Very close to it. Its not ready yet! So i look at my watch and said. Ok i will see you in 6mins. I actually waited 15mins til I came back. The breakfast was ok good warm all the condiments were stocked as well as utentsils. Wish they had some homefries and some tortilla wraps. Make a note for them if you could. 4. Lastly My wife and I paid 140dlrs for one night. Now when it was booked my wife did it and unknowingly the Hilton was 40dlrs cheaper. Oh well live and learn.That was my experience. The Pros and the Cons. Probably the ones in the parking lot that werent even trying to be descreet or non chalont about what they were doing.
