People were 10/10. Location was perfect. Bed Good, Pillow way too big making it uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Convenient location to walk or catch the bus to visit local sights. Unfortunately, I was surprised by the price change from USD to British Pounds when I chose to pay upon arrival vice pre-paid. Ended up increasing overall cost of my 4 day stay by over $200 USD. Recommend paying in advance in local currency so you avoid this issue.

From the minute I emailed prior to arrival to leaving on departure day we had amazing service. All staff were excellent, room quiet and comfortable. Food delicious. Location is so near to the bus station and all city centre. We will definitely recommend and return.

Three star hotel is generous. While staff are friendly enough, the hotel felt a bit dated. Restroom smelled bad, AC is locked at night, rust around the shower, stains on the walls, cobwebs. I stayed 3 nights and was only provided with bottled water last day. Positives: great location, close to sights and the main central bus station. From airport to hotel you can expect about a 30-40 minute bus ride. Overall I don’t think I’d stay here again,

Short stay so we just used the hotel as a base and can’t comment on food or other facilities. Big walk in shower, fluffy towels and very friendly staff. Convenient for transport and city centre shopping. Lots of good cafes and restaurants close by.
