It was a great place to stay. The front of house was also nice enough to upgrade our room. thw only cons were that the spa wasn't hot enough at the time and the buffet breakfast was quite limited.

We were on the 3rd floor which was great as the gym and pool was on our floor. The room had more amenities than I thought it would with the kitchenette which was cool. The location was great for us - handy to Lambton Quay and the University. I also found that I could park just outside the hotel for very limited cost.

Lovely room and very comfortable bed. For a city location it was very quiet. The staff are friendly and interested in you. Easy valet parking is really appreciated. Room service arrived quickly and was a good temperature. Already arranged to stay againšŸ˜€
