The room had a broken bedside light. The bathroom had a cracked airvent and black mould in corners. No window to open and only a fan for cooling the room. The bed was on wheels so I couldn't sit up and lean back as the bed rolled away!

We didn’t have any hot water for 2 days! Didn’t seem to worry about fixing it with any urgency or offering any alternative…. Poor service!

"Studio cottage was clean & cheery with large windows letting in the sunshine. Blockout blinds for night time. Quiet. A22 was nicely located to view trees since situated at a' T' intersection of park laneway. Twin beds have 'less firm' foam mattresses that suit children more than adults weights."

"Upon check in, Sally the owner was there to greet us with warm & genuine enthusiasm. The rooms were large and spacious although a ceiling fan would’ve been great.
