This was my second time staying here and I plan to keep coming back when I am in the area. I happened to have the room right at the top of the stairs, lobby was directly below, and it was still quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room and bedding smelled good..not something normally experienced.

The hotel was decent, the property is old and need a lot of maintenance, the breakfast very basic and the same every day. The area is literally the ghetto. The price those guys are insane, they charged me 140 per day staying 3 nights, wanted to add one more night and they wanted 259 for one extra day... BTW The hotel was empty. A fair price for that hotel should be 70 dollars. No staying there anymore (moved next week to Hilton Garden) MOT Recommend this Best Western at all. P.S They don't clean your room unless you request it.

When I arrived the staff was very kind and friendly. This morning I went for breakfast at around 8am and there was a single biscuit left and no gravy and none was made after that. And then the morning staff was very rude and seemed like they needed to go back to bed. Not so friendly morning staff. There was a loud noise periodically throughout the night that woke me several times. It was like someone overloaded a dryer and it was making a thumping sound.

The check in staff were very friendly, the kitchen staff were ok. The kitchen staff wouldn’t make more food 30 mins before end of breakfast time with plenty of guests waiting around for food. The room should have been cleaned better such as sand left on the desk chair, shower walls dirty, freezer food and fridge was dirty so it makes you second guess the cleanliness of the room in general, with kids with me I went to the store and bought disinfectant wipes to clean things myself.

Needs an Update
The hotel needs a major update. Our room seemed to be clean, but the tiles on the floor of the bathroom looked dirty. The bed squeaked when we sat on it. The sofa needs to be replaced in that room. It looked dirty and was old and sagged. The breakfast was okay, but there was only one attendant in the breakfast room, and he could not keep up with the traffic. Multiple things ran out, and he just could not keep up being the only person. All in all, a disappointing stay.

We stayed at this location last year (2023) and enjoyed our stayed. So when it came time to book a hotel for our wedding we simply rebooked knowing we would enjoy it just as much. Thank you for all that you did for Us and our family. We did enjoy our time. And thank you for allowing us to change our room after check in so that our wedding attire would not be exposed to the elements of the pool below our original room below Us. The place was clean , nice pool/hottub clean . The breakfast was good waffles were my favorite. Kitchen staff verry friendly and helpfull . Front desk staff were good too. I liked the there were plenty of choices to eat close. Sophia's pancake house was amazing and there staff friendly too. THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH MY FAMILY. 5 stars great place for the price. We will stay again.
