The room reserved was supposed to have beds for 3 people. There was only 1 bed and there wasn’t another room. We had to pay a lot more to find a hotel for the same night

The staff was really friendly and helpful, really comfortable bed, clean sheets and linens. It’s pretty convenient place in town. I will say the hotel is crawling with Kids as guests and it was very loud out in the halls because they were constantly going up and down to the pool.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff worked very hard at maintaining good service. Whether it was checking in or at breakfast. I also liked that the pool was open until 10 pm even I didn’t use it. I will use this hotel again. It was very clean and comfortable. Denise Schultz

The table in the room was clearly chewed by a dog, and the carpet has been urinated on in multiple places without being cleaned. The whole suite smelled of urine.

Crystal Bridge visit
The staff is very friendly, and the room was very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub and it was very well maintained. The breakfast was good, but it would be nice if they switched it up a little. We stayed 3 nights and it was the same every morning. They could have done something like french toast or pancakes as a variation. But it was still good. Overall great experience and I would stay here again.

Very clean and well kept. Good breakfast - real food and not just prepackaged quick stuff. Shower actually had hot water, not just luke warm, which was really nice!
