Everything from the beautiful lady that checked me in to the size of the room, closeness of transport. Being able to do washing for free. Aldi next door and plenty of dining options. Great place to stay.

Only one night but wish I stayed longer. Very comfortable and nice place, good location. Helpful front desk staff! It was a small apartment with a kitchenette, stove, pots pans and a dishwasher! The only complaint is that the door lock was faulty and needed to be jiggled and turned many times, full 360 turn several times. Did not seem right.

This was a great property. We had a large room with a balcony. The underground was right outside our door which we used to get to attractions. The staff were great.

Excellent proximity to the underground train. Quietest hotel Iā€™ve ever stayed in. The kitchenette was a plus and grocery stores nearby made breakfast a snap. Would stay again and would recommend. Note: not really a ton of shower privacy but if you need that then there is a dining space that affords the shower area privacy.

This place was awrsome. My cozy corner had everything I needed: a small kitchenette including dishwasher and fridge. The lobby was very pleasant and always smelled very nice. Outside there were many restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets to purchase groceries.

Outstanding for the opera!
We traveled to Berlin from the USA to see an opera production (Der Ring Das Nibelungen) at Deutsches Oper Berlin. From Brandenderg Airport (BER) itā€™s a simple, straight hour ride on the S-Bahn regional train to Charlottenburg station, followed by a 12 minute walk to the hotel. It is situated on a street which is an easy, 5 minute walk from the opera house. There are lots and lots of eating options of all types nearby, and the neighborhood is safe and pleasant. The BismarckstraƟe U-Bahn (subway) stop exit A is right in front of the hotel. There is a small lobby which is staffed during the day and the front door to the hotel is locked after hours, so itā€™s very secure. We got a room on the second floor with a private terrace which had a beautiful courtyard view and outdoor furniture - it was so nice to be able to sit outside in our private terrace! The room was a full service apartment, with a sleeping area, a living area, and a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, etc. the TV had good reception but there are no English language channels, if thatā€™s important to you. The front desk staff is very nice and pleasant. There is a laundry area in the basement level with two small European sized washers and dryers so you can do your own laundry and itā€™s free. Itā€™s just a perfect location, especially for the opera. Charlottenburg Palace is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. We do t have a bad thing at all to say about this place!

Great location, metro station is right down the street. Nice apartment, although a little bit hot in the morning sun. Well maintained, although a few more dishes wouldnā€™t hurt, like two tea cups instead of just one. All this is minor, overall great stay.
