Staff were friendly & professional. They got us into our room early which was fantastic after a long international flight. The mushroom gnocchi & ceaser salad we ordered from room service was great. Room was nice, good layout, great shower. The only problem was they were renovating several floors above so had to listen to the jack hammers for several hours until they stopped st 4pm

After a flight back from Malaysia that started at 2am yesterday morning we woke to the persistent sound of drilling in the wall of the room next door. I am astounded that Rydges would let a room next to a construction site and suggested on check out that they not re-hire it while construction was underway. Am not convinced from the response that this was taken on board. Avoid Room 116

The Airport Rydges is perfectly located for travel out of Sydney International Airport when you are from out of town. There are dining options and the rooms are comfortable and quiet

The room I booked was not what I was given. It was late at night and I was tired so I went to bed and hoped to deal with in the morning. On check out they said they would have found me a room with a queen bed if I asked at check in … it was a kiosk! Really disappointing that I paid for a queen and slept in a tiny single bed
