I really enjoyed my stay from the clean rooms to the hospitality by the staff and service provided by the hotel. I am grateful for the AC in my room and complimentary water. The breakfast is also very good and you cannot go wrong with unlimited coffee. I will definitely come back to this hotel! Thank you to the staff for a great stay!

We stayed three days at this hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal! The room was cozy, although, other than sleeping, we didnt spend much time in the room. The lady that checked us in was great. She spoke fluent English and was very friendly and funny. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance of a large train station which can get you anywhere in the city. Highly recommend!

Great location, staff, and overall service. Netto around the corner is great for getting some basic travel stuff. Had the breakfast once, it was delicious and with a lot of choices. Only negative is if you go in the summer, like I did, there was no air conditioning. So you might need a fan.

I would not recommend this hotel. The carpet to my room was dirty, the air conditioner did not work, the shower drain was clogged and did not drained properly. The water overflowed onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom faucet was leaking. I requested both items in the bathroom to be addressed by maintenance. But the overflow in the shower and faucet leak were rejected and nothing was fixed maintenance.

Excellent Hotel in Great Location
Right from start to finish we had a brilliant stay. We were checked in by Jacqueline Ngo who was really helpful & friendly. She gave us some great local recommendations which we tried out and all were top choices. Location was perfect for Alexanderplatz and all transport links were very close. I wouldn't hesitate in going back.

Large modern hotel with good facilities and large choice for breakfast booked courtyard room as quieter. Only negative on Sunday Evening someone tripped fire alarm so there was a fair wait outside hotel to get back in
