The bed was sloping to the left, so the matrass was not flat it was worn badly on the edge, The air co unit was switching on and off and it was very noisy, very hard to sleep. Very disappointing overall.

Centrally located in the heart of Waikiki, Outrigger Beachcomber Hotel has great amenities, a very helpful staff, and the ocean view is breathtaking. When my wife needed a fan to sleep, they brought her one immediately - and without charge. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Waikiki Beachcomber

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the beach. Great location. Nice to have the Hawaiian Aroma Cafe and the market in the lobby. Easy access to Maui Brewing, too. All in a good experience.

Not Dog Friendly
When I questioned a 2nd $250 non refundable pet fee that I was charged in a 5 day period for a small Tibetan Spaniel who is a service animal and is 100% house trained the manager told me to leave. I obliged without hesitation but the manager had police come to my room to make sure I did so. The police were nice but it was 8pm and I had to find a new place to go which I did and the new hotel (Outrigger) didn’t charge any pet. It was simply a very awful experience I hope to never go through again. For further context, the first night I stayed cost over $700 with this non/refundable fee which is why I questioned it for the second time.

Beautiful property, recently renovated, well maintained, staff very friendly. Great location with a lot of shops and restaurants. The beach is just across the street. We had a room at the last floor with a great view of the ocean and Waikiki Beach. The two restaurants on the property were very good, the Maui Brewery had a good selection of local beers and good food, the restaurant that served breakfast was quite busy in the morning but after 11 am was quite quiet. Valet is $50 per night but it is very convenient. I definitely recommend the hotel.
