The hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing, but No AC during the summer time is ridiculous to me. The only thing I can compare it to is the 2024 Paris olympics living conditions. Sleeping outside wouldve been more comfortable

NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. When I booked the hotel, I called to ensure bedding was feather-free (I’m very allergic). I was assured it was. Morning before check in, I called & told we had feather-free bedding. At check-in, I asked front desk staff if it was feather-free & told it was. Room wasn’t feather free. Phone in room didn’t work & went to lobby myself to get feather-free bedding. Room was beat up. Scratches on walls & missing corners of walls (damaged before us). Sunday (night after we checked in) asked housekeeping to clean room. They did & ate some of our snacks that were in the kitchen. We were weirded out & made us both uncomfortable. Wednesday night (checked out Friday), we asked for late checkout @ 2 p.m. Gentleman who helped us was kind & assured us it was okay & no fee. Friday 1:45 p.m., us, two young women were changing into our clothes to go to the airport when a man from housekeeping (without knocking) opened the front door. We immediately got dressed & opened the door. He was standing directly in front of our door. We said we had until 2 p.m. to check out & to please wait until then. We were given attitude & no apology for opening the door on us. 2:05 p.m., at front desk & told with attitude we owed a late checkout fee. We said that we were told Wednesday night we had late checkout w/o a fee. Ended up not paying fee. Want to clarify: most of front desk & cleaning staff were lovely & very kind. We were happy to see familiar faces & say hi throughout our trip.

Cleaning staff works very bad. One day it leaves garbage pack from garbage bin on kitchen table near coffee machine. Administration do nothing to correct this unacceptable misbehaviour. No apologies from administration. Just keep quiet.

The apartments are large and they have some really nice elements - such as the balcony, big shower and Molton Brown toiletries - but there are just little things that lose it marks, like a lack of aircon, scuffs on most walls, an old and unresponsive TV, and a few missing bits from the kitchen, like kitchen roll.

Perfect location to explore Berlin
Two night city break with my daughter. The property was perfect. Short walk to U-Bahn station and all main sights easily reached on foot or train. Bed really comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed with Lidl a couple of minutes away. There is one lift, so in busy periods you may have to wait, but didn't affect us.

The location is amazing, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's not right next to a street but in an internal garden surrounded by other buildings which is quite nice. You have fast connections to pretty much all places in the city as well as being right in the center of it. The reception staff was really nice, especially a lovely bulgarian lady that was extremely helpful in every regard. The rooms themselves are bigger than most of the places you would find. You have a Lidl 2min away which is extremely convenient especially for the rooms with a kitchenette. The only issue is that it can be a bit shabby at times, with the elevator depending on which one you take and the room had a lot of dust going around. The cleaning staff did their job well but it was still visible. Keep in mind that they do not have air conditioning which was fine in our case despite it being the summer since Berlin rarely gets too hot but for some people that would be a deal breaker. In general, we loved it and that's why I am giving 5/5 overall stars.

In a lovely park area, surrounded by other apartments (some residential), lidl just around the corner. bakeries very close too. mondrian was clean, transport system very good, often and just nearby. bar in the hotel wasnt open when we were there for some reason. was very warm, no air con, only a nearly pointless fan.

Very handy for Kochstraße/Check Point Charlie - 5 mins walk away. Couple of bakeries nearby and a pharmacy type store. Most places within the old East area around the museums and Alexanderplatz are around half hour walk, and the Brandenburg Gate about 20 minutes. Local authority or whoever could’ve maintained the grass area better nearby, no fault of the accommodation. Didn’t have any travel adapters though the hotel booklet said they had them on request. Some rowdy teenagers staying on our last night, no real grip of that situation. However, all minor, the places was clean, convenient, friendly staff. Would stay again.

The Mondrian rooms are big and spacious. The amenities and the hotel was very good. Entrance to the hotel was very tricky to find. There was no parking available and we struggled a lot to find overnight public parking close by.

Large one bedroom apartment with a big kitchenette. A great hotel / apartment location to explore Berlin as a tourist. A Lidls in the next street - brilliant !

Nice comoact hotel room with a kibut not a "suite"
It's a bit of a stretch to call it a "suite". It is a small hotel room with a microwave, sink and fridge where you would expect to find a dressing table so do not expect anything spacious or luxurious. Having said that, bed and bedding were of good quality, the bathroom was very nice with Molton Brown toiletries. The towels were a bit thin though. There was a nice little balcony which isn't usual for a city hotel so that was good. The bar was never open in the evening despite being advertised as open till 11.30pm. The lication was good for where we finished our walking tour and tge next day we walked to the Jewish Museum in under 5 mins. Theres a lively cafe next door to the museum which id recommend

Very conveniently located and comfortable hotel with excellent, friendly service! I appreciated that they provided fans for each room, since the property does not have AC. The water pressure was great in the shower, and the bed was comfortable. Having a small kitchen area was a nice bonus.
