The property was in a convinent location to public transportation, close to grocery stores and resturants and in a quiet area. Itā€™s definitely not the nicest side of Berlin but we still thought it was cute and safe! For the price you pay it is well worth it!

This place is perfect for young people traveling! We are two friends in our twenties, and we stayed here for three nights. We had an amazing time staying here! It is located fairly central, but still far enough away that it gets pretty quiet at night. Close to several stations of public transport. There are also a lot of different small restaurants around, where the food is both good and cheap! Also the breakfast at the motel is very good! There is also a vending machine with bottled water and snacks, if you need something outside that time and donā€™t want to go somewhere else to get it. The staff was very nice and helpful, e.g. they received our bag which had been lost by the airline while we were out in the city. The street outside can be pretty noisy when the windows are open (which you need sometimes as there is no air condition) but when you close the windows it is almost completely blocked out. The beds are very soft, which was perfect for me. My travel partner is used to a hard bed but she slept on the pull out futon in our room instead and that was perfect. We will definitely choose Motel Plus Berlin again, if/when we go back to Berlin!

Great hotel if you are on a business trip and staying for one night. If you are on a budget, it is also good. A place to lay your head. It is near some restaurants and train stations. However it is the dodgy part of Berlin.

Hotelli hyvien kulkuyhteyksien lƤhellƤ Neukolnissa. Hotellin asiakaspalvelu oli hieman vaihtelevantasoista ehkƤ kielitaidosta johtuen. Isoin ongelma oli ilmanvaihto, mitƤ ei juurikaan ollut. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsi melko rauhallisella kadulla, oli ƶisin joko pakko pitƤƤ ikkunaa auki, jotta ilma vaihtuisi ja kestƤƤ melua (ikkunat kadulle pƤin, kolmas kerros) tai sitten kƤrsiƤ heikosta sisƤilmanlaadusta. Muuten siis halpahotelli. (maksullinen) Aamupala oli aika ankea esitys, mutta lƤheltƤ lƶytyi loistavia aamupalapaikkoja.
