We had a great stay! For a one night this was perfect, we had access to the U train which takes you pretty much to every connection for the city landmarks. Excellent choice!

Good place for price..
The room was ok for the price that we paid. It was clean and quiet. No air conditioning, but was able to use a fan provided by the front desk for a ten euro deposit. The hotel offered what looked like a decent breakfast, but we never ate there..the price seemed to much at 14 euros per person.

No coffee/tea facilities in room. No air conditioning so when our windows were open at night it was noisy, otherwise the hotel was good value for money. Thought breakfast was overpriced. Only went once, bought our own pastries, etc after. Underground and train stations nearby, so convenient to get into Berlin centre.

Probably Fine for a one or two night stay
We stayed for 5 nights. Unfortunately we stayed at the same time as a large school group of teenagers who were very loud and kept running past our door and windows. The 5th floor rooms all share a balcony so anyone staying up here can walk past your window. We mentioned this to reception who said it wouldn't happen again only for it to happen again the next night. We had to sleep with the windows closed because of the noise, the rooms have no air conditioning so this was extremely uncomfortable on what was a very hot week. After 3 nights here we noticed some fans left behind reception, when we asked about them we were told they could be brought up to the room for a ā‚¬10 deposit. I wish we had known about this earlier in our stay Also our room was only cleaned twice in the 5 nights dispite us leaving out the sign for it to be cleaned. The room wasn't very clean when we checked in and one of the towels was covered in a sticky liquid that we can only hope was washing detergent. We had to repeatedly go to reception for new towels and toilet paper because these weren't changed. The staff at reception were very nice and very apologetic about the issues we had. I had stayed in this hotel previously and didn't have these issues so we might have just been very unlucky. I wouldn't stay again but if you are looking for a very basic hotel in a good location for a night or two this hotel is fine

The property was in a convinent location to public transportation, close to grocery stores and resturants and in a quiet area. Itā€™s definitely not the nicest side of Berlin but we still thought it was cute and safe! For the price you pay it is well worth it!

This place is perfect for young people traveling! We are two friends in our twenties, and we stayed here for three nights. We had an amazing time staying here! It is located fairly central, but still far enough away that it gets pretty quiet at night. Close to several stations of public transport. There are also a lot of different small restaurants around, where the food is both good and cheap! Also the breakfast at the motel is very good! There is also a vending machine with bottled water and snacks, if you need something outside that time and donā€™t want to go somewhere else to get it. The staff was very nice and helpful, e.g. they received our bag which had been lost by the airline while we were out in the city. The street outside can be pretty noisy when the windows are open (which you need sometimes as there is no air condition) but when you close the windows it is almost completely blocked out. The beds are very soft, which was perfect for me. My travel partner is used to a hard bed but she slept on the pull out futon in our room instead and that was perfect. We will definitely choose Motel Plus Berlin again, if/when we go back to Berlin!

Great hotel if you are on a business trip and staying for one night. If you are on a budget, it is also good. A place to lay your head. It is near some restaurants and train stations. However it is the dodgy part of Berlin.
