The hotel is wonderful in every aspect but one, rooms are a bit small, but that’s it, everything else is very good. Safe area, close to subway station. Clean, property feels modern. Would stay there again, solo or couple, not so sure with children.

Not the standard expected
The hotel was clean and staff were for the most part friendly, however it is not close to the standard I expected based on advertisement, images and perceived reputation. The room was tiny and cleverly placed mirrors make it look bigger on photos, it was like being placed in a box room. The air conditioning is not quite that, its an air flow system and basicly the room will either blow hot or cold dependant on the weather. No kettle, tea, coffee, water or anything of that nature in the room, very basic TV with limited function, only 2 plugs and they were on 1 side of the bed only. The room opposite ours on the corridoor had very noisy guests playing loud music through the night (not the hotels fault, but they should deal with it). Overall it was clean and well kept, but I think is over priced for what you get.

Stayed for one night as part of a visit for the London marathon. Excellent hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Located a couple of stops from alexanderplatz which is ideal for a quick snack or pre race pasta loading

Good but could be better
The hotel was good location and the room was comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work and the curtains had fallen off the rail. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the foyer had a relaxing area for drinks ( though we were not offered peanuts) like other guests.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, room not huge but big enough for all the time we were in it. Great location, you could walk to Berlin TV Tower & Alexanderplatz or if you prefer close to U Bahn. Great breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is a boutique hotel that caters mainly for short stay and business guests rather than those who wish to spend some time there. Staff, particularly the evening crew, were lovely, helpful, friendly, responsive and appreciative that I spoke German. My room was smaller than I expected with very little storage space for clothes and luggage. It was also very poorly lit (I couldn't read my book in bed) and could benefit from a decent bedside light and better bathroom lighting. Not being able to use the restaurant for an evening meal (other than pizza and pasta) was a drawback as the restaurants close by are poor and somewhat expensive. The central location is excellent for those wishing to go into Berlin and beyond with the U-Bahn a matter of a few minutes walk away. However, like most of Berlin, the surrounding area is not particularly attractive, being bland and unremarkable visually. Be sure to check that everything in your room works when you first arrive as there could be issues with some of the fittings and equipment. Overall though a comfortable, hassle-free week's stay - 7/10

For a wheelchair user it is quite awkward. having to be left alone outside while you check in/ get staff to come and do the lift. once in the building there was no issues. Staff were very welcoming. Food was great. Would stop here again as area was lovely, and close to transport.

The room was surprisingly small, but very clean and comfortable! There's not much in the area around the hotel but, it being so central and with a metro station nearby, it's easy to access all other neighborhoods. The hotel has bikes for rent which is a great way to get around town. I wasn't able to get an extra bedsheet when we asked the evening staff, but room cleaning staff in the morning were super helpful for that matter.
