Good but could be better
The hotel was good location and the room was comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work and the curtains had fallen off the rail. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the foyer had a relaxing area for drinks ( though we were not offered peanuts) like other guests.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, room not huge but big enough for all the time we were in it. Great location, you could walk to Berlin TV Tower & Alexanderplatz or if you prefer close to U Bahn. Great breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is a boutique hotel that caters mainly for short stay and business guests rather than those who wish to spend some time there. Staff, particularly the evening crew, were lovely, helpful, friendly, responsive and appreciative that I spoke German. My room was smaller than I expected with very little storage space for clothes and luggage. It was also very poorly lit (I couldn't read my book in bed) and could benefit from a decent bedside light and better bathroom lighting. Not being able to use the restaurant for an evening meal (other than pizza and pasta) was a drawback as the restaurants close by are poor and somewhat expensive. The central location is excellent for those wishing to go into Berlin and beyond with the U-Bahn a matter of a few minutes walk away. However, like most of Berlin, the surrounding area is not particularly attractive, being bland and unremarkable visually. Be sure to check that everything in your room works when you first arrive as there could be issues with some of the fittings and equipment. Overall though a comfortable, hassle-free week's stay - 7/10

For a wheelchair user it is quite awkward. having to be left alone outside while you check in/ get staff to come and do the lift. once in the building there was no issues. Staff were very welcoming. Food was great. Would stop here again as area was lovely, and close to transport.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff and a convenient location for both walking and public transport whilst still being in a quiet area that isn't overcrowded - what more could you want? I will happily stay here again.

The room was surprisingly small, but very clean and comfortable! There's not much in the area around the hotel but, it being so central and with a metro station nearby, it's easy to access all other neighborhoods. The hotel has bikes for rent which is a great way to get around town. I wasn't able to get an extra bedsheet when we asked the evening staff, but room cleaning staff in the morning were super helpful for that matter.

The room is very small. Hardly any space for luggages and no room to walk around in. No chairs. Bathroom is small also. Housekeeping and plumber went accessed our room even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door

I was disappointed. I won’t never stayed in this hotel. The staff at the restaurant is very rude. Breakfast expensive with limited food options. The staff didn’t offer me any VIP promotions. Instead the gave me a ground floor and it was loud and noise all night long. I don’t recommend this hotel plus it is far away from Berlin’s main attraction.

The standard rooms are very small. If you are claustrophobic then try going for a bigger room. We were given a room right next to the doors going towards the lifts which was very noisy at night and during early hours. Try asking for rooms away from lifts and doors. The staff were nice even though we had an odd check in, not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the guy checking us in. The housekeeping staff were lovely. Underground tube and bus stops to central/Alexanderplatz walkable distance. There’s few restaurants and supermarket nearby. It’s okay for just staying the night and not spending time at the hotel. It was clean other than the noise it was comfy for the nights we stayed.

The hotel is more like a Boutique Hotel. The rooms were modern compact and clean and the bed was comfortable but there was no iron and kettle and cups but were available if requested. You have to provide your own tea and coffee. There was no power to the TV which we reported on 2 occasions and were provided with 2 new batteries for the remote control. Finally a staff member persoally inspected and resolved the problem. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very efficient

The stay was wonderful! Staff were kind and helpful, the beds were comfy and the room was cleaned each day for us. The hotel is close by to a main underground and there are plenty of like scooters and bikes in the area. Would highly recommend

Room is indeed small but works out for 3 days stay. Would have been great if they have a microwave in the room, but it didnt. Overall, had a good stay. Remember to enter your entry card in the slot by the door to activate electricity in the room.
