The property suited our needs very well

Walking through James Cook Arcade, getting off into a Carpark then walking to Gilmer was not easy

This property was a very good choice for its location and for having off street parking included in the price of accommodation. We were able to walk to dining and attractions such as the Te Papa museum. It is not fancy, but it is clean, well maintained, with a friendly staff.

I chose the cheapest room QT Superior King and felt the room lacked some basic stuff - plates, cutlery, which made self-catering harder than it needed to be. The room may be ok for a business traveler who is dining out, but I wouldn't choose this room again. If, to get the basics, I need to pay more I'd look at other hotel options in Wellington as there's likely to be better value elsewhere.

Had a great sleep although there was so rubbish left in the bathroom (hair ties in the shower, dental bands on the floor)
