Great issues with cleanliness in breakfast area
The breakfast area was dirty indeed. To make it worse, when you asked the staff to clean the table so we could use it, he cleaned it partially and throwing leftovers to the floor and never picked it up. We experienced the same problem the two days we stayed. This greatly penalizes all the other good things from the hotel, up to the point that I don't recommend staying at this place

the accident at work
when I left the hotel wanting to go airport transfer, unfortunately the driver got behind the wheel, without opening the passenger door or luggage space, and drove off. Got help from the reception to order a taxi. Have stayed at this hotel 20-30 times and know the procedures, otherwise satisfied with the hotel

But, dining options overpriced, shuttle to airport was problematic - we were lucky to get places on the minibus but many customers were disappointed not to which would have been extremely stressful and counter to the capacity and ease of the shuttle service advertised

Una buena alternativa cerca del aeropuerto y lejos de la ciudad. Los empleados muy amables. El restaurante que está al lado no era muy bueno pero al menos está disponible, lo cual suma unos puntos porque el hotel está lejos de la ciudad y no hay otras alternativas para cenar si estás sin auto.
