What a scam, i got there a little early and the guy checked me in asking for my ID and credit card . Thought I had paid thru Expedia 86.00 including taxes and fees ..seemed pretty slow being sunday so I asked for a poolside room . he said sure no problem and then says its 50.00 extra so I said never mind .Then I see a charge on my card for 206.11 I called the hotel the guy tells me I got an early check in fee of 20.00 which he never told me anything about . While at the indoor pool I am watching people with cases of glass beer bottles and pizza and some child about 7-8 yo riding a scooter and just rides it into the hot tub . . .so as I am leaving the inddor are to go back to my room a man and his child come riding bikes thru the indoor area crossing from one side of the pool to the other . .They have a huge big screen of cameras right at the front desk , but this guy is more concerned with mopping an using a swiffer on the front floor .Think twice about staying at this property and definitely watch your car charges and definitely try to listen to the desk guy who you can barely understand what he is saying .. Being a 10 year employee of Wyndham I can't believe they allow such an incompetent to be working their front desk . Such a Sad state guess that what happens when you try to take over so much at one time .. horrible show Wyndham so not what I'm accustomed to seeing from you guys . Amazingly the Exit being shut down was not even the worst of the stay

Front desk clerks very nice, nothing against them personally. Facility is in MAJOR need of upgrades. Rooms are musty and humid. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Pool was disgusting (very very cloudy, and huge clumps of hair all over). Building in very poor condition.

The only issue we had was that the bathroom had a horrible smell. The toilet was not secured, so we think the smell was probably sewage from it not being sealed properly.
