Newly renovated. Comfy bed and linen. I like having hard floors instead of carpets. Okay breakfast but I’m not complaining since it’s free. Even though the place was nearly empty, they placed someone in the adjoining room to mine. NOT sound-proof. I could follow their conversations and listen to their TV. It’s about an 18 minutes drive to North Beach where you can find nice restaurants and bars.

Overall, the rooms weren't bad. It was raining during our stay and there were quite a few leaks throughout the building on the way to the office. The room was kind of muggy but that's too be expected in August in Mississippi. Once we turned the AC on we were fine.

This stay sucked
We couldn’t eat in the room. All the rooms up front were empty they placed us in the back of the hotel outside up stairs. We were asked for an early check in to save time at front desk and it was not used had to provide all information again once we arrived. There was no document on site of a 100 per room fee.
