It’s suppose to be a Hilton Hotel. The rooms were subpar not even a mini fridge in the rooms. Parking is horrible no on site parking you can either valet or self park in a sketchy parking garage a half block away or across the street and you have to pay for parking. Food in the on site restaurant was ok at best absolutely not worth the prices they are trying to change. Beware half the restaurants around the hotel close at 5 pm so don’t try and eat dinner late.

Very friendly and professional staff! Everything was great except the water heater didn’t seem to be working in our room. Ran the water for over 30 minutes and it never warmed up. Called maintenance and they tried to fix it but it never really got hot enough.

The hotel was convenient to the event we were in town to attend. The highlight was the staff- to a person everyone was very friendly and accommodating. While our room was fresh and clean there were a few issues- a bedside lamp had a broken harp so the light and shade leaded, the drapery had been torn at the header, the bathroom needed more towel bars, there was only one trash can for the suite, the refridgerator didn’t work. These things just needed some attention.
