Good location in the heart of Bishop. Denny’s is conveniently about a one minute walk, and several better dining options are less than a 10 minute walk.

Check-in clerk was unorganized, had to call someone on phone for assistance.Seemed uncomfortable like he had never done a checkin before. . Area seemed to be a temporary situation. No defineef front counter. Really seemed to look like they forgot to have a checkin area and just added one to what appeared to be a dining room. Room was clean and comfortable.. Just not a comfortable checkin experience.

I got a phone message about an hour before I arrived telling me the accessible room I had booked over a month earlier had no hot water, but they could put me in another room with hot water. I have a disability (knee) and was concerned they would stick me on the second floor. Luckily they came up with a ground floor room. But then they wanted to charge me about $40 more than what I’d already paid for through Orbitz. After emailing the desk person my receipt they finally said I was fine. Very unprofessional, the desk clerk when I checked in didn’t even know what Orbitz was.

We like this hotel a lot! The room has everything we need: very warm and stable heater, microwave, fridge, and even body lotions. It’s quiet at night, we can hear it when someone walk upstairs, but that’s all, the noise level is minimal. We would definitely stay here again next time!

The room I booked wasn't available because there wasnt hot water according to staff. The manager was nice to keep us and offer a difderent room without extra charge.

This is kind of a so-so place; its main attraction is the Denny's Restaurant next door. There's an added fee for recreation or something like that, which everyone has to pay even when it's too cold to use either the pool or the BBQ area. Very aggravating.

Room was clean but had a strange smell. Wall mounted heater/ac would turn off and on too often. So i just kept off. Walls are paper thin could hear almost everything the upstairs unit was doing. Initially I thought it was quiet but no. We really didn't get any sleep.
