The stay was great. However, the key cards were really a huge issue. EVERY time we went to use them they did not work. That was very frustrating. Apparently, you cannot put them near your phone. I had my key card next to my phone constantly. I wish that someone would have explained this to me at check-in. What a pain!!!!

Disturbing Night
Upon arrival the group of men together was a little off putting. Check in was smooth and she was kind. The room was spacious and clean. However we were awakened out if out sleep bu someone trying to get into our room at 1235am. Banging and twisting the knob to get in. This is the 1st time in my life that i had to call the frommnt desk and they called the police. Although i was grateful they came so swiftly it took a little while before i was able to get back to sleep.

Staff was friendly. Our beds are comfortable and clean. We loved the pillows and bed. I think the bathroom door could be cleaner instead it looks dirty. My children enjoyed the pool. We have stayed here before. Love that it fits our family having the sleeper sofa. We would stay here again.

Room was fine. Staff not so much. Waited about 20 minutes at the desk before someone showed to check us in. No warning system to alert staff of our presence. Other than that, stay was fine!
