I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kaya Palazzo for my first ever visit to Türkiye and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of cleanliness at this hotel is unparalleled. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, gleamed with meticulous attention to detail, making the environment not only inviting but also incredibly comfortable. The gym was another highlight of my stay. Impeccably maintained and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Their beach area and accommodations are probably the best in the area. The views from the main dining restaurant during breakfast was a highlight every morning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism were consistently impressive. Every request was met with a smile and promptness, making me feel valued and well taken care of. The amenities offered by the hotel are of the highest quality. It's evident that Kaya Palazzo takes great pride in providing an upscale experience for its guests. Beachside was fantastic. Lovely position/restaurants etc. the rooms and the rest of the hotel was arranged oddly but still enjoyable. Two people I need to highlight who were excellent - Serhat who is the customer relations exec and Ismael who is the beach manager. Both were amazing! The restaurant staff were rude and were not trained to an acceptable standard sadly.
