Very relaxing stay. The hotel is surrounded by nature which makes it ideal for a weekend escape from Jakarta! All the staff are fantastic. I will definitely go back!!

This hotel is old and dated. Roofs everywhere were leaking, the rooms were old, mouldy and in desperate need of repair. The breakfast buffet was very ordinary and unhygienic. Price was also very expensive for what was offered.

- The pool and gym are amazing. - The staff are very attentive, always smiling and willing to help. - Room service was acceptable. - The rooms and furniture are a bit old and outdated. - I had some issue with my room keys. The location is quiet which is good, staff was friendly. Food was very standard. But the rooms are a bit run down, our room cupboard was broken below the sink, the fridge also leakes water on our last night. The internet connection was bad since our check in, couldnt use wifi and We stayed for 2 nights.

The Bogor Novotel is a magical escape from the crowds of Jakarta. Food is excellent, the buildings are traditional and gracious, the staff is caring and the gardens are glorious. We loved seeing young families enjoying Sunday breakfast and outdoor activities. Airport transportation was great. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a Jakarta retreat,

Used to be good place, now rooms looks obviously old. Parking was hassle, there was no spot for a single car until the gate, had to drive around and wait almost 20 mins. I book for garden view room, once we arrived at 10pm they put us first floor, corner room at the back side of the right wing which was spooky, had to change 4 rooms until make sure we got the garden view but still end up in twin beds instead of king. All process took another hour come and go. Stuff was trying to help but they had no idea what was going on.

Great place... great location... maybe renovation hotel needed, cause hotel is rather old... overall its still a great hotel to stay.
