We coordinated transportation through the hotel, and they were very efficient and attentive, even ensuring the pick-up went smoothly. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. At reception, the staff was very welcoming, and we were greeted with a welcome cocktail while waiting for our room to be ready. The room service was excellent, and so was the breakfast. My only comment for improvement is that the hot water in the bathtub never worked, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I chose that specific room. Aside from this issue, the location is fantastic—close to many great restaurants and shops. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I would encourage the hotel to address the bathtub issue to meet the expectations of future guests.

Great hotel
Great location, excellent breakfast, comfy and spacious rooms. Only criticism is of the in-room ironing board, which constantly collapses, making ironing very difficult. I recognise that may be a niche complaint though!
