This property was truly abysmal. Our room smelled dank and musty. The ceiling and walls had moisture damage. There were mold spores all over in the bathroom. Our bed smelled of cigarette smoke. I have pictures to prove it all too. So glad it was a quick stay over, though I did not really sleep. Would never ever go there again. Their license should be revoked. It’s not healthy for people to be around black mold.

This was not worth the money spent. People were smoking on our floor. The window was open in our room upon arrival. Carpet had holes and ceiling coming down. Sorry lamp shades. Among so much more

I have stayed at this location years ago and it was clean and fine. It is definitely worn down a bit now. Peeling wallpaper faded wallpaper from maybe a photo that was on the wall. Everybody is smoking pot these days and unfortunately the smell was everywhere outside inside. Unfortunately for the price it will be a while before I stay there again.

Worst stay!
We checked in to a room with a king size bed and pull-out couch. The mattress was horrible and very old. Asked the front desk for a roll away which they brought after a while. The roll away was horrible too and the bars were pushing through the mattress. It smelled like mildew and there was mold in the door frame. We only stayed one night because we got in late from traveling. It was very humid and uncomfortable.

so so room.
Front desk said room is the nicest room. got there looked good at first but very uncomfortable couch bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were all flat and used up. Then 1st shower i take smoke detector went off wasn't able to go off. Plus remote was not even working felt like battery was dying i was to really press hard or shake it.

the carpet in the room smelled. it was torn at the entry. we asked for towels the first night and did not get until the next nigh. after asking a third time. i have never stayed in a hotel that you had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

The property was surprisingly rundown. Doorways corners, ceiling tiles, carpet, all was in rough shape. Our lights had blown bulbs, our phone wasn’t even working, the soap containers in the shower were empty, there were holes in the walls of the bathroom., And there were specs of black mold or mildew. We had only two towels in the room for four people, so I asked at the front desk on three separate occasions to get two extra towels. We were able to finally get them on our second evening there were none available.. Two particular things that irritated me were that: 1- Where our room is located, every time a maintenance door was shut on the other side of our wall. It literally made the headboard jump away from the wall and clatter. If you happen to be laying in bed, it literally made your head jump off the pillow. 2- while my wife was in the shower, we had a fire alarm go off. I collected everyone in the room and we left the building. There were absolutely no announcements, nor directions. We went back in the room without any direction whatsoever after about 15 minutes, only have the fire alarm go off again. I am not one to write reviews of places, but I can assure you I will never stay at this property again, quite honestly I will think twice about staying at a La Quinta. I will say the people working(There were some significant barriers) Friend tried to be accommodating.

First the positive: the assistant general manager was very hospitable and tried as best he could to rectify problems. Most of the staff was pleasant and I was happy with their pet policy. Now the negative: we checked in and the room we were assigned was not what I booked and was right next to the lobby and the pool (the pool was closed for repair and had fans that made noise too). It was SO LOUD there and my quiet dog was very upset. We immediately moved to another room that was towards the end of the hall--still not the size we booked but much quieter. I ran into many complaining guests:: the biggest complaint many people mentioned was the lack of towels. The two we had were thin and small but at least we had some! The AC left the carpet SOAKED, so we couldn't walk on 1/3 of the room and feared mold. Bedding and towels were old--some with stains; bathtub was incredibly slippery--the anti slip safeguards we're worn away. Even the artwork next to the bed was disgusting--drip marks. I would never stay here again
