Incredibe service. The staff is awesome. Rooms are very nice and clean. Great location next to starbucks and d'mall. Breakfast buffet is very good with different options every day. Beautiful property and many levels better than anything we saw nearby. The beach in front is very nice. Soft sand and calm waters. There is a lot going on in this area so if looking for something less busy maybe one of the other station areas would be preferable.

Not terrible, but wouldn’t stay here again. Extra charges for every little thing, example: 1350 pesos extra for bringing my 5 and 1 year old kids. Room was pretty clean, but no view, saw a roach in the am shortly before checkout. Pool looked nice, but didn’t get a chance to take a dip. They gave us drink tickets, but they are only valid 10am-4pm, so didn’t get a chance to use them.

First off they act like police at hotel every time I get asked my room number 5 times a day they have mini bugs in the bed they said it was sand but it was so small crawling on my body , finally I got recorded they moved my room but still bugs . The food was so so , and all and all I don’t recommend this hotel . I never felt so unwanted in a hotel . Even for cafe latte have to sign room number and also non stop asking what room . I wouldn’t stay for free if offered. Oh and also room smells like mildew:(

The Property is Beautiful and Centrally located the Buffet here is overrated abd had to wear a Wristband to be allowed to Eat. They people around and while walking the beach front Are constantly asking for Services such as Trips tours Massages abd was very overbearing but not the Hennah discision Hotel is Really Beautiful 😍
