The property was presented as happening, trendy and boutique-y but we arrived and told that the downstairs bar with bar snacks etc was closed for the two days we were there. It is also in a non descript area - while close to the old town it was still a hike from the river. The staff were however kind, helpful and professional. This place just did not excite.

Room smelled moldy. Carpet was stained and dirty. Not sure why they used white cream carpet. Low grade towels (old used). Shower pan yellow and stained. Everyone who worked that was very nice. Looks like ownership is not investing enough money to keep the hotel up.

The hotel front desk staff were very nice and professional, the room was specious, however, we were given an accessible room which we did not request. The hotel location was far from the old town, and did not feel safe.

First time, but not last time to Bordeaux
Used this hotel for Bordeaux Wine Festival. Hotel is in a quiet location but still close to city centre. Good transport links to station and airport. Staff are fantastic and room was beautiful
