If I had been with my partner we wouldn't have stayed there. It is not a Hotel more like a Chambre d'hote! This shouldn't be on your list it is the worst by far than any of your suggested Hotels that I have seen

There is no elevator. It is an old building. Usually there is no one at the front desk. The neighborhood is good. Tram stop is nearby.

We just felt for the price, the conditions could have been a lot better. When we checked in it took a while because of course the language barrier. However, she was very unclear about what all was included. she charged us for breakfast even though we told her that we would be leaving very early. In the end we ended up not paying the full amount but still being overcharged. The toilet didn't flush in our room. The shower was extremely small and because it was a stand up shower with a cloth curtain, we unintentionally flooded the floor a lot. Then no one was ever around to get help from. We didn't think we had a light in the bathroom, but turned out we did. It was just behind the mirror. There was evident mildew and mold. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. There were unexposed live wiring. The room wasn't air conditioned so when we got to our room the windows had been left open and we closed them but soon realized that we had to open them because it was so warm. (Rains comes in too.) We were chewed up by bugs in our sleep. When we eventually did check out we had to leave our room keys and cash in the roman the bed because no one was around to check us out. The owner eventually came to the door after we called her several times as our taxi was arriving and she seemed really put out. I should mention too, that door to where breakfast was served was not open and available to the public. Also, the hotel was not an easy walk to any place in particular.

Pour une réservation confirmée depuis 7 mois, il n’y avait pas de chambre pour nous dans cet établissement. Voilà de quoi nous mettre dans l’embarras!

Die Zimmermöbel sind reiner Sperrmüll wie der Rest vom Zimmer. Frühstück besteht aus einer Tasse Kaffee, ein Stück Baguette und ein Croissant. Bei der Bitte um einen zweiten Kaffee wird man blöd angeschaut und man fragt nicht nach einem dritten. Gebt besser 20 € mehr aus und genießt den Urlaub. WLAN funktioniert nicht. Stürzt dauernd ab.

A notre arrivée vers les 20h, la réceptionniste nous a annoncé (j 'avais réservé deux chambres d'une personne) qu'il n'y aurait pas d'eau chaude...donc douche froide ou s'en aller dans un autre hôtel dans Bordeaux à 20h...pas facile. Donc GROSSE déception.

C'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix avec un véritable service d'accueil qui fait visiter la chambre avec sourire, ce qui devient inexistant dans les hôtels de France. Cet hôtel reste avec une situation privilégiée dans la ville et son accès par les moyens de transports en commun.

As camas são confortáveis e a limpeza do quarto é boa. A localização é ótima! O que me incomodou foi a decoração um tanto quanto extravagante (muito vermelho), a ausência de elevador e a recepção que não existe e não tem funcionários nunca(só vi no check in e no checkout).
