Sono presenti 2 bagni privati cioè 1 per ogni stanza. Una cucina completamente attrezzata, una sala per la lettura, giochi di società, per lavorare con il pc rendono il soggiorno molto confortevole. Inoltre la vicinanza con località di significant richiamo storico e turistico come Torino e Aosta permono agli ospiti, in pochissimo tempo di raggiungerle e visitare i bellissimi Musei come quello Egizio, del Cinema, o la Reggia di Venaria che richiama moltissimo Versailles.

Ivrea è la località più significant e più vicina. Sede della storica fabbrica di macchine da scrivere "Olivetti" è oggi un centro vivo di iniziative come lo Storico Carnevale che ogni anno attracted migliaia di turisti da tutto il mondo. Ivrea è anche una città con presente uno "Stadio della Canoa" infatti più volte è stata sede di Campionati Internazionali di Canoa.
