Overall the hotel is very nice and in a good location. However, they added a service charge on my credit card that I did not authorize. It is illegal to add a service charge on an already signed check. I asked for a copy of my receipt which they have been unable to account for, even though they said I tipped 15.12$. I am very disappointed and it ruined my opinion of this hotel. Beware people make sure you get your final bill before you check out!

Since we arrived everything was perfect. Personnel very kind and supportive, hotel is very clean, room service very nice, gym clean, parking not expensive (25 per day) and easy to access. Location is very quiet and safe. I only used the restaurant once for a breakfast and i will have to say that it was a little uncomfortable that the gentleman in charge was picking stuff from the table while we were eating, like putting the hands in the middle of our food, a little weird but still he was very kind. For me, it is a 5 star for this hotel.

This is a beautiful property and I would stay there again. The front office staff were outstanding. Huge shout out to Kruper who went out of her way to get us an early check in. The major thing that missed the mark is the breakfast buffet. For $21 it doesn't offer items like bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and so on that you would expect in a great buffet. The hotel is also a bit further from the airport than was advertised. Ended up paying quite a bit to Uber around the greater Boston area.
