We had a bad experience getting into our room upon arrival. Our card key would not open our room door. I went back to the front desk (4 floors up) and they “rewrote” the card key. When I tried the “new” key I had the same problem. I went back to the front desk and they “rewrote” the card key again. Again the card key would not open our room door. My wife called the front desk from her cell phone and was told an “engineer” would be by to help us. Twenty minutes later the “engineer” showed up and verified that our card key was no good. He was able to use his card key to open our door. The “engineer” said he would be right back. Fifteen minutes later he came back with a working card key. It took us 35 minutes to get into our room! Not good service!
