Quirky. Nice staff.
This is a quirky place. Cute. Great staff. Some surprises: our room didnt have a window, interior basement level. That level had an unpleasant smell in the hall, like old bathroom. I couldn't get the TV to work. No valet. All in all, a good value. But quirky.

I stayed for one night to explore the city. Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. I had trouble locating the hotel and one of the staff members stayed on the phone with me and gave me instructions. Overall experience was amazing. Great location. Clean. No complaints

Great location for public transportation to get to sites. Staff is incredible especially Tori and Lillie and the young lady who works the desk in the afternoon. Great croissants and coffee in the morning.

Great location, easy access to the subway and market around. Close to a lot of options of entertainment. Good food, great service of staff. Clean. The only concern was the bed, that was too small for 2 people. I recommend it for sure.

We choose this hotel because of the sofa bed but there was no sofa bed available and they gave us a handicap room but this isn't what I requested. They didn't have any room with a sofa bed available.
