The property was good however my stay was marred with noisy guest ( could not sleep till 3 AM ) and the front desk or staff did not do anything to control the situation. Breakfast was good.

Amazing offerings from the pool area (complete with Basketball court, movie projector, and rock wall), to the restaurant on site (kids eat free with paying adult), to the well stocked convenience kiosk, to the complimentary shuttle service to enjoy the attractions of Boston.

We have been staying here for almost a decade when we come to the Boston area. The staff, in particular, are a reason we return. They are polite, accommodating, and responsive.

My family had a hard time sleeping because the thermostat in our room didn’t work and it was 85 degrees in our room for almost the duration of our stay. At one point, maintenance came and switched it to manual mode, but it never recovered. We were worried about making a stink.

Expensive for accomodations
Location was great! Close to downtown Boston (2.5 miles).Had shuttle to take you into Boston and pick you up. When arrived they couldn’t locate our reservation. Once found they claimed the room was not ready. Chechen time was 4 pm and it was 4:10 pm by the time they located the reservation. They tried to give me a small room which was half the price I paid. The hotel is old. Sink was cracked in several locations. Nothing around it, had to walk 1/2 mile to find a restaurant. Overall it’s not worth the money they charge for the room.
